Freedom POS is designed for four kinds of businesses: full-service restaurants that manage tables and checks, counter-service and fast-casual restaurants running a fast line, retail stores and shops selling from a catalog, and appointment-led businesses like salons, spas, and wellness studios. Each business type gets its own workflow built around how that team already talks about its day, rather than one generic checkout screen.
